2:00 PACE TEAM

Craig Hulce
Age- 51
Hometown- Menomonee Falls, WI

Running Experience- I've been running since the age of 2. I was a sprinter in high school and in college (I ran the 400m). I ran my first marathon 18 years ago and have done many since. My goal is to do 50 marathons in 50 states. This old guy can still haul and you don't want to be even with me with 400 meters to go.
Favorite race- Marine Corps Marathon, Washington D.C.
Memorable running moment- I often run with my grandfather, Lee, and with another man known by many names across different cultures- I assume you know him as well. They have guided me across many miles of training. In October 1994, Lee  was going to be at the start and finish of my next race, the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington D.C. Before the race, Grandpa told me that he would bring some of his Marine friends to the race for me. And did he, at every corner at every intersection there was a marine cheering me on. At the end of the race, I finally got a chance to visit with Lee. You see, the race starts and ends at the Iwo Jima Marine Corp Memorial at Arlington Cemetery and my grandfather is on a small hill in plot 42, grave 2698.
Favorite Running shoe: Asics.
Why you chose to be a pacer: Will run for food.
Favorite color: Red or black, but also partial for dark blue and green. Depends on what coordinates with my shoes or my bike. Let's be honest here- you've got to look good when you're running.
Favorite food: He has been known to eat just about anything, but is on a gluten-free lactose-free diet so he eats lots of chicken and vegetables.
Favorite band: Green Day.
Interesting fact about me:  Bounced back from a severe auto accident in 1987 and ran his first two marathons in 1994.

Liz Kayzar
Age: 38
Hometown: Titletown (Green Bay), Wisconsin
Favorite race: All races! I run because I can!
Memorable running moment: Finishing my first half-ironman, High Cliff, was a life-changing event. As the rain started to pour and my smile beamed across my face, I headed down the last hill. In the distance, I saw my husband, my daughter, and my parents cheering. As my emotions took over, I had tears running down my face. Those tears showed me that all my hard work had paid off and I became even more determined. That event and others that followed have proven to me, that I can do what I set my mind to achieve.
Favorite Running shoe: Asics.
Why you chose to be a pacer: To give back to running!
Favorite color: Due to my favorite five year-old inspiration, pink!
Favorite food: Pizza and cold beer.
Favorite band: Any fun, motivational, toe-tapping tune.
Interesting fact about me:  I run/train because I can!

Anne Chapman
Age: 26
Hometown: Brookfield, WI
Running Experience: I started running in 2004 and by 2005 I was hooked. Running the mile was my least favorite activity during gym class, along with the sit and reach. Now, running is definitely a part of my life and I feel worse on the days that I don't run.
Favorite race: Any race with beer at the finish.
Memorable running moment: Seeing someone have an "accident" in their shorts during my first half-marathon. I promptly passed them.
Favorite Running shoe: Haven't found it yet. So far, the Newton Distance is my favorite.
Why you chose to be a pacer: To be able to run a race without the added pressure of running a race. I want to keep it conversational and just have fun with it.
Favorite color: Yellow. It was A.J. from the Backstreet Boys' favorite color, so I adopted it as my own in the 5th grade. Before that it was green- for the Green Bay Packers, of course.
Favorite food: Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. The big ones, not the minis.
Favorite band: 80's hair bands.
Interesting fact about me: I've seen the 1997 version of Titanic in theatres 14 times.
