Molly Woodford
Age- 22

Running Experience- I ran throughout high school and then competed for UW-Eau Claire for four years.  I am now figuring out, through trial and error, how to coach myself and compete in triathlons. 
Memorable running moment- Running a 10k under the lights.

Interesting fact about me:  I have never had a cavity.  (flouride is my friend!)

Adam Coyer
Age- 27
Hometown- Nekoosa, WI (the Fightin' Papermakers)
Running Experience- I ran cross country and track and field in high school.  Competed two seasons at UW-Oshkosh before suffering a significant back injury in 2004.  I have since run a dozen half marathons (personal best 1:19) two ultra marathons, and one marathon (Austin marathon 3:17)  and many other races of all distances.  I also coach cross country and track and field at Watertown High school. 
Favorite race- Ragnar Relay (formerly the MC200)
Memorable running moment- 2010 Fox Cities half marathon.  This was the first race after my grandmother died, and all of my training came together for an unbelievable race.  Maintained a pace I didn't think was manageable.  For the first time I didn't hit the wall and finished with pride and pain.  Following this race, I decided it was time to train for a marathon. 
Favorite Running shoe: Saucony Kinvara
Why you chose to be a pacer: I enjoyed the race last year, and wanted to give back to the running community.

Interesting fact about me: I sign up for races even if I haven't trained for them.  I made the mistake by signing up for two races on the same day.  I ran the Madison half marathon that I ran in the morning.  Then drove to Brookfield and ran the Hillside hawk 5k later in the afternoon.  Since I had a weekend free, I decided to sign up for the glacial trail 50k.  I had so much fun I decided to sign up for the following year. 


Nick Seiske
Age- 31
Hometown- West Allis, WI
Running Experience- Competitively running for 17 years. High School, and college cross country and track and field. I have competed in every running distance from 400m to 26.2 miles.  7 full marathons, and 10 half marathons.
Favorite race- Twin Cities Marathon, Cullen run 8k is my favorite local race. The weather stinks, but is a lot of fun.
Memorable running moment- Finishing my first marathon, the Fox Cities marathon. Seeing my family at the finish and the nurses assisting me to the medical tent for care.
Favorite Running shoe: Favorite shoe of all time is the the Brooks Burn. Currently my favorite running shoes are Newtons.
Why you chose to be a pacer: I love to run, and help others.

Favorite food: Pizza and any kind of candy (if that is classified as a food)
Favorite band/Singer: Kid Rock, Toby Keith, and George Strait
Interesting fact about me: I have a tattoo. I also have a twin brother.
